Definisi Ibadah Mahdhah Dan Ghairu Mahdhah
Secara Umum, Ibadah dikelompokkan menjadi 2 macam, ibadah mahdhah (murni) dan gairu mahdhah (tidak murni atau umu).
Ibadah mahdhah dilakukan semata-mata sebagai penghambaan diri kepada Allah SWT. berdasarkan perintah-perintah -Nya dengan aturan-aturan yang telah jelas, dan pernah dipraktekkan oleh Rasulullah SAW. Contohnya, Shalat dan Ibadah Haji.
Ada kaidah ushul fiqh yang menyatakan :
” اﻷصل في العبادة الممنوع حتى يدل الدليل على امره “
“Pada dasarnya ibadah itu dilarang kecuali ada dalil yang menunjukkan perintahnya”
Maksudnya adalah dilarang melakukan ibadah yang tidak diajarkan oleh Rasulullah SAW.
Sementara ibadah ghairu mahdhah adalah segala aktivitas yang positif dalam kehidupan manusia yang diniatkan karena Allah SWT.
Seorang ulama kontemporer, Yusuf Qardhawi mengatakan :
” صحح وجهتك تكن كل حياتك عبادة “
” Benarkan arah tujuanmu niscaya seluruh kehidupanmu akan bernilai ibadah”
Dari pengertian ibadah ghairu mahdhah diatas maka dapat kita lihat kaidah ushul fiqh yang berbunyi :
” اﻷصل في الأشياء اﻹباحة حتى يدل الدليل على تحريمه “
“Pada dasrnya segala sesuatu itu boleh selama tidak ada dasar yang melarangnya”
Maka, semua aktivitas yang kita lakukan yang diridhai oleh Allah SWT. Baik dalam bentuk perbuatan, perkataa dan pemikiran akan mendapatkan pahala dan ganjara dari Allah SWT.
Contohnya, kamu belajar disamping kamu pintar kamu juga akan mendapat pahala dari Allah SWT. Jika kamu jujur kamu akan mendapatkan kepercayaan dari manusia dan kamu pun berhak mendapat pahala dari Allah SWT. Dan semua perbuatan baik lainnya selama ada niat yang benar dan semata-mata hanya karena Allah SWT.
