Strategi Guru Dalam Mengatasi Kejenuhan Belajar Bahasa Arab
Belajar bahasa Arab adalah usaha untuk memahami dan bisa berbicara dengan bahasa tersebut. Bagi masyarakat Indonesia, bahasa Arab merupakan bahasa Asing sekaligus bahasa internasional yang wajib dipelajari di madrasah selain bahasa Inggris.
Bahasa Arab sangat erat kaitannya dengan Islam. Indonesia dengan mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam, tentu sangat akrab dengan bahasa satu ini. Contoh dekat, Al-qur’an, seruan Adzan, kalimah syahadah, bacaan shalat, semuanya berbahasa Arab. Sehingga bahasa Arab sangat populer dan dipelajari di berbagai jenjang pendidikan.
Tujuan dan manfaat belajar bahasa Arab sangat banyak, salah satunya untuk memahami Islam lebih mendalam serta dengan baik dan benar. Nah, bagaimana pembelajaran bahasa Arab dari sisi seorang guru bahasa Arab?
Mengajar Bahasa Arab
Mengajar pelajaran bahasa Arab bukanlah hal mudah. Seorang guru bahasa Arab setidaknya harus menguasai 5 skill bahasa Arab berikut ini untuk bisa mengajar pelajaran ini, yaitu: mendengar, membaca, berbicara, menulis, dan gramatikal (nahwu, sharaf dan balaghah).
Pelajaran bahasa Arab di madrasah umumnya adalah 3JP (tiga jam pelajaran). 3 jam pelajaran adalah waktu yang lama jika seorang guru terlalu monoton dan tidak kreatif dalam mengajar.
Seorang guru bahasa, khususnya bahasa Arab sangat dituntut mempunyai ciri khasnya dan kemampuannya dalam mengelola peserta didik agar tetap stabil motivasinya saat pembelajaran berlangsung.
Penyebab Munculnya Kejenuhan
Guru dan peserta didik merupakan sebuah tim dalam kelas, harus saling bekerja sama. Agar tujuan pembelajaran yang termuat dalam RPP tercapai. Jika gurunya tidak semangat, peserta didiknya juga akan jenuh dalam belajar. Jika peserta didiknya sudah mulai jenuh dalam belajar bahasa Arab, pasti gurunya akan susah dalam mentransfer ilmu ke peserta didik.
Munculnya kejenuhan dalam belajar bahasa Arab, biasanya disebabkan oleh metode dan media pembalajaran yang menarik. Metode itu-itu saja akan membuat proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab menjadi monoton.
Begitu pula dengan media pembelajaran sebagai sarana seorang guru bahasa Arab dalam menyampaikan ilmu bahasa Arab ke peserta didik. Media pembelajaran yang menarik akan meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.
Cara Mengatasinya
Ketika kejenuhan belajar bahasa Arab mulai muncul, guru harus sigap menanggapinya agar tidak berimbas kepada malasnya peserta didik dalam belajar. Berikut beberapa cara mengatasi kejenuhan dalam belajar bahasa Arab:
1. Belajar sambil menyanyi
Bernyanyi adalah hal yang menyenangkan terutama untuk anak MI (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) dan anak MTs (Madrasah Tsanawiyah). Dengan menjadikan sebuah materi pelajaran bahasa Arab ke dalam nyanyian akan menghilangkan kejenuhan peserta didik dalam belajar bahasa Arab.
Ada banyak sekali sumber yang bisa menjadi refrensi seorang guru bahasa Arab dalam mengolah materi menjadi sebuah nyanyian, bisa dari kanal youtube atau bisa dengan membuat nyanyian dari irama-irama musik yang menyenangkan yang disukai oleh guru maupun peserta didik.
2. Menggunakan media visual dan gambar
Media visual seperti video bahasa Arab, powerpoint, kartun bergambar sangat berpengaruh pada perhatian peserta didik dalam mendengar pelajaran. Jika biasanya hanya menatap guru dan papan tulis, kelas akan lebih menarik jika ada media-media seperti ini.
3. Game bahasa Arab dan belajar secara berkelompok
Ada banyak sekali jenis permainan-permainan edukatif dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab yang bisa dilakukan secara berkelompok, seperti TTS bahasa Arab, tebak gambar, kartu gambar, sambung kata bahasa Arab, dan masih banyak lagi.
Jika seorang guru bahasa Arab bingung, ada banyak sekali skripsi atau jurnal yang dipublish di google scholar yang berisi penelitian tentang penerapan media atau game dalam pembelajaran dan lengkap dengan caranya. Guru hanya perlu mencari dan membacanya, kemudian menerapkan ke dalam pembelajaran.

Itulah beberapa cara, tips atau strategi guru dalam mengatasi kejenuhan belajar bahasa Arab. Terlebih di era edukasi digital sekarang ini, guru harus aktif menggunakan media digital dalam pembelajaran dan peserta didik dituntut harus lebih aktif dari pada guru saat pembelajaran berlangsung.
