Bahasa Arab Dasar Lisan populer di kalangan banyak orang saat ini. Ini sangat berguna bagi sebagian besar umat Islam Indonesia karena bahasa Arab terkait dengan teks suci Al-Quran. Bahasa Arab juga berguna untuk jamaah ke Tanah Suci atau Umrah.
Ternyata belajar bahasa arab setiap hari itu mudah. Karena banyak orang di Indonesia menggunakan kata dan frasa yang tanpa sadar dipinjam dari bahasa Arab.

السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُم: Assalamualaikum
وَعَلَيْكُم السَّلَام: Waalaikumsalam
مَا اسْمُك؟: Masmuka? (Siapa namamu?)
إِسْمِيْ خَالِد، وَأَنْت؟: Ismi Khalid. Wa anta? (Nama saya Khalid, dan kamu?)
أَنَا أحمد. مِنْ أَيْنَ أَنْت يَا خَالِد؟: Ana Ahmad. Min Aina anta yaa Khalid (Nama saya Ahmad. Kamu berasal dari mana Khalid?)
أَنَا مِنْ جَاكَرْتَا، وَأَنْت؟: Ana min Jakarta. Man Anta? (Saya dari Jakarta. Kalau kamu?)
أَنَا مِنْ بَانْدُوْنج، أَهْلًا وَسَهْلًا: Ana min Bandung. Ahlan wa sahlan. (Saya berasal dari Bandung. Salam kenal/selamat datang)
2. Percakapan bahasa Arab tentang sekolah
Khalid dan Ahmad
السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُم: Assalamualaikum
وَعَلَيْكُم السَّلَام: Waalaikumsalam
كيفَ حَالُك؟: Kaifa haluk? (Apakabar?)
بِخَيْرٍ وَالْحَمْدُ لله، وَأَنْتَ؟: Bi khair Walhamdulillah, wa anta? (Baik puji syukur. Kamu?)
وَأَنَا كَذلِك. عَلَى الفِكْرَةِ مَا المادَّةُ الدِّرَاسِيَّةُ الآنَ يَا خَالِد؟: Wa’ana kadhlik. ealaa alfikrat ma almaddat alddirasiat alan ya khalid? ( Saya juga baik. Ngomong-ngomong sekarang bagian mata pelajaran apa?)
المادَّةُ الدِّرَاسِيَّةُ الآنَ هِيَ اللُّغَةُ العَرَبِيَّةُ. هَلْ قَضَيْتَ وَاجِبَتَهَا المنْزِلِيَّةَ عَنِ الإِنْشَاءِ الذي أَعْطَاهَا المدَرِّسُ فِي الأُسْبُوْعِ الماضِيْ: Almaddat alddirasiat alan hi alllughat alearabiatu. hal qadait wajibataha almnziliat ean al’iinsha’ aladhi ‘athaha al mudarris fi al usbu’ almadi (Sekarang Bahasa Arab. Apa kamu sudah menyelesaikan PR yang diberikan pada minggu lalu?)
نَعَمْ، قَضَيْتُهَا مَعَ أَصْدِقَائِي، وَكَيْفَ بِكَ؟: Na’am, qadaytuha ma ‘assidiqiyah, wakayf bika? (Ya, saya menyelesaikan tugasnya bersama teman-teman. Bagaimana denganmu?)
وَأَنَا كَذلِك، عِنْدَ رَأْيِيْ هِيَ الوَاجِبَةُ السَّهْلَةُ، وَلَاسِيَمَا أُحِبُّهَا كَثِيْرًا لِلُّغَةِ العَرَبِيَّةِ. عَلَى الفِكْرَة مَا المادَةُ الدِّرَاسِيَّةُ الَّتِيْ تُحِبُّ؟: Wa’ana kadhlik, ‘ind rayi hi alwajibat alssahlatu, walasiama ‘uhibbuha kathiran lillughat al’arabiati. ‘alaa al fikrat ma al madad al dirasiat allati tuhibb? (Saya juga sudah. Aku pikir tugasnya mudah karena aku suka Bahasa Arab. Ngomong-ngomong, mata pelajaran apa yang kamu sukai?)
أُحِبُّ مَادَةَ الرِّيَاضِيَّاتِ: Uhibb madat alrriadiaat (Aku suka mata pelajaran Matematika)
